چکیده
Previous studies have reported crop toxicity of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) by root exposure and that silica (SiO2-NPs) modulate growth soil physicochemical properties. In this study, we determined the effects foliar to ZnO-NPs SiO2-NPs on metabolomic profile cucumber seedlings. Foliar spraying with improved plant performance, as indicated increases in chlorophyll contents, fluorescence parameters, fresh/dry weights leaves roots. According analysis results, induced pronounced changes metabolome, especially leaves. Besides, ZnO-NP or SiO2-NP treatments either upregulated downregulated contents amino acids, organic sugars glycosides, secondary metabolites, indicating two NPs affected both primary metabolism metabolism. The elevated levels several metabolites involved antioxidative defense imply potentially regulate stress resistance plants. Overall, these results indicate different from exposure, is beneficial growth. present study provides a theoretical basis for environmental assessment application agricultural production.

Comparative account of antifungal activity of green and chemically synthesized Zinc Oxide nanoparticles in combination with agricultural fungicides
The present study aims at study on combined effect of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO) with common agricultural fungicides. Nanoparticles were synthesized using chemical reduction process and characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Synthesized nanoparticles were observed to be in size range of 12...

متن کاملAssessment of antioxidant and antibacterial activities of Zinc Oxide nanoparticles, Graphene and Graphene decorated by Zinc Oxide nanoparticles
Zinc Oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) and graphene carbon material, due to lower drug resistance, can replace antibiotics, and by decorating of graphene with Zn-NPs, their properties can be greatly improved. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant and antibacterial effects of ZnO-NPs biosynthesized using Crocus Sativus petal extract, graphene and graphene decorated by ZnO-NPs bio...
